Judge tells DOJ to get stuffed

Posted by: Above The Aether In: Current Affairs | Political | Web

A recent post on Google’s Blog confirms that United States District Judge, James Ware sided with Google against the Department of Justice’s demand of private search queries cataloged by Google.

You don’t often see “the man” sticking it to “the man,” but here’s a great case of exactly that.

(I like Judge James Ware, and I don’t even know him.)

I say Hell yeah! It’s nice to see a little sanity at work. Maybe the judge was worried his seaches for “naughty pony boys” would come up. Now if we could just do something about google censoring content in china…
