Too much poop on Amish farms

According to a recent story from the Daily Item, Amish farms are not complying with state regulations on soil and erosion.

And they use too much manure too.

My favorite quote:

“Most of the farms around here are in pretty good shape,” Mr. Levan said.

But some have too much manure, he added.”
