Finally, Somebody Appreciates My Fine Culinary Talents

Hello, sportsfans. Justine here. I am extremely proud to inform you that during a discussion this week with the gal that does my scheduling at work I gave her my precious Tater Tot Casserole recipe, as she confessed she’d never heard of it before. Dazzled, she tried it Thursday and emailed today crowing about how successful this was, how delicious and brilliantly tasty the delicate combinations of frozen tots and canned green beans were!
In the interests of sharing my light with the world, here is my masterpiece, printed for all to enjoy. Behold!
Justine’s Tater Tot Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound lean hamburger
1 medium onion diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans French-style green beans, drained
1 bag frozen Tater Tots
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions:
Fry the hamburger and diced onion, draining fat. Combine with soups and smooth into a 13×9″ glass baking pan. Layer beans atop, adding Tater Tots last in a single layer. Minimal overlap is ideal. Bake in 350 oven for 45-60 minutes or until Tater Tots are browned. Add cheese in last 15 minutes of baking if desired.
