Hello cats and kittens!
It was a fairly quiet, lowkey evening last night. I donned my customary ensemble of pointy-toed high heels and pajamas and sat on the couch reading Carl Hiaasen. Later on Dave made me a blue cheese olive-stuffed vodka martini, and let me assure you that it was fantastic. We watched some sort of public television thing feat. Garrison Keillior (sp?) and I pondered briefly how very old and eccentric I’m fast becoming. Silver-trimmed spectator pumps and 1950′s-style pink pajamas with Boo Boo Kitties on them is kind of at odds w/the whole wholesome soporific that is Mr. Keillior.
Later on I resumed my readings and completed a crossword puzzle, and at 12:00 Dave and I smooched and went immediately to sleep. I did manage to take off the pumps prior to going to bed.
