London Sizzler

Posted by: Dave In: Food & Drink

I know it sounds like a hot day in England, but it’s actually the name of an Indian restaurant here in Houston.  It’s Justine’s favorite Indian restaurant, as a matter of fact.  We went there tonight to try to burn the congestion out of our chests with the help of some of their hot curry dishes.

Justine had the Chile Chicken Tika and I had some eye-wateringly hot lamb Vindaloo.  We both had some of their excellent Marsala Chai Tea and some Chile Paneer for appetizer.

It doesn’t seem so cold and rainy tonight when our mouths are hot with curry-burn.

Goodnight, all.

  • Joshua: Rush rules. Have you heard of the new documentary?
  • Scott: Damn, if he was DM'ing, I'd actually have to play, just for the show!

  • Nathan: (said in robotic monotone) Indeed,I...think...this...is...pretty...great
