So it’s been raining for the past two days straight here in Houston. There are numerous sections of highway around the city that have been closed because of flooding. It’s also pretty depressing to drive to work in the dark and come home in the dark for a few days in a row.
The sky looks like that last scene in Ghostbusters with the swirling omnious clouds around that tall building while Rick Moranis staggers around asking about the Keymaster and the Gatekeeper. We had tornado and flood warnings yesterday to put icing on the cake.
I miss blizzards. I think I would be the only person in Houston NOT freaked out if we got 4 feet of snow. Hell, it would give me the opportunity to take my snowshoes for a spin.
