I, too, am speechless. I’m sure many of you are wondering…”Jesus Dave, where do you find this crazy shit?”
I honestly don’t have a good explanation for you. This sort of thing just finds ME.

I actually saw this while I was over there. Believe it or not, this is taken out of context, and this game show is actually fairly entertaining. It combines talk show and game show with charity events. Celebrities are invited on, chat with the host, and are then presented with a proposal. A (generally) non-famous guest describes a stunt and time limit. The celebrities then have to bet whether the person can do it or not. In advance, the celeb promises to do something for charity if he/she loses. The one above was very silly, but if you think of it as a David Letterman “Stupid People Trick”, it’s not really any different. Here’s a link to a very cool bet from the same show. A man says he can turn around a 12 meter bus on an 8 meter wide bridge above a stream in the Alps. Note, he can’t really see the wheels of the bus, so it’s done by feel.

At any rate, it’s more Letterman than game show.

Ok, that makes much more sense. I thought it might be a bizarre-stunts game show like many of the crazy Japanese game shows.
Regardless, this video is why the internet was invented. Pure entertainment.
