I saw this one in the news, and it seemed a bit peculiar to me, too. But to each their own…

I don’t know if I would start cutting the cake right around the va-jay-jay like he is doing above.
I’d probably start cutting at the forehead just like Sylar from Heroes and then make a horrible screaming sound.
I must be a little different than your standard human-shaped cake eater, I suppose.
