There are many choices in life that could go one way or the other.
This is not one of them.
Simply put, there is a right way and a wrong way to hang your toilet paper on the roll. Over the top is correct. Under the bottom is incorrect. No, incorrect isn’t strong enough.
Hanging your toilet paper under the bottom is COMPLETE MADNESS!

I could really care less about what direction the paper is coming from, just so long as it’s there.
I would never let an obsession over toiletry, ruin the sometimes simple joy of going to the bathroom.
