A gym in Hong Kong has come up with a brilliant idea. Hook up all those treadmills, stairmasters and bicycles to generators and store all of that “free” energy that people are creating in the gym to help power the building.

I’m not sure this will be interesting to anyone, but I felt compelled to describe my love-hate relationship with email as a form of communication in the workplace.
I hate email.
You see, I get around 300-500 emails every day at work.
About a third of these are generated by automated server processes and are filtered into folders [...]
Here is an interesting blog post from Zen Habits. Not sure I agree with everything on the list, but a lot of them make sense. I happen to clash with large gaping sections, especially “lose weight” and “rise early.” Wasn’t Buddha fat…er jolly?
