Handerpants seem to be fingerless gloves that looks suspiciously like tidy-whities.

You can get a pair for just $12 here. Oh, there’s a Handerpants ringtone for your mobile phone too.

Other than the awkwardness, I only see one downside. I’d be afraid to get them dirty…because I wouldn’t want skid marks on my gloves.

I’m not sure how I feel about drinking booze from the neck of a small defenseless woodland creature.

The Sno-Baller

Friends south of the Mason-Dixon line will not truly understand the importance this wonderful device. However, all of my north eastern and mountain state pals will see just how awesome the Sno-Baller would be in a snowball fight.

I would venture a guess that three children with one Sno-Baller could easily defeat five children without one.

This winter gadget completely turns the tables on any snowball fight.

Is it fair? Who cares. It’s awesome.

REI to open new prototype Green store in Boulder

I wrote about BookMooch a few months ago and I just recently discovered a similar service for DVDs, CDs and Games. The service is called SwitchPlanet and it’s pretty cool. You sign up and tell SwitchPlanet the movies, music & games you are interested in. When other members send you that stuff on your wish list, they get SwitchBucks. They can then spend their SwitchBucks by requesting stuff from other folks.

Who would have thought the barter system could become so efficient in the internet age? Pretty neat, huh?
